Finding the Right Hospice: All Are Not Created Equal
The hospice movement was founded upon altruistic
ideals. Most hospices have used those ideals as a
foundation and continue to honor them. However,

care has spawned some less than desirable agencies,
including hospices. Hospices should be checked with
the same vigilance as other elder care providers.

hospice care. That's when I learned first hand that
no one should have to die in pain. Overcoming denial
was a small price to pay for this result.
